Ronen Fox

Service Solution Architect, SAP

Ronen Fox is an expert in the implementation and management of SAP solutions with nearly 25 years’ experience working in Israel for SAP and onsite at customers in diverse industries, including oil and gas, media and the food industry.

Ronen joined Rimini Street in 2019 and is a Service Solution Architect for SAP products, helping customers to optimize and transform their existing applications to ensure stability and deliver value to the business.

Prior to Rimini Street, Ronen held a variety of roles working with SAP applications. Most recently, he was a Workflow Consultant at an SAP partner implementing SAP projects for a wide variety of clients, allowing them to better manage and monitor their business processes. He also held roles at various SAP customers defining new strategies, leading development and implementing teams to adopt new technologies, as well as becoming an instructor in the local SAP training center teaching courses on SAP technology and SAP business workflow.

Ronen was a team leader at SAP’s Israel operation for four years managing the local support and localization teams. This was a period of significant growth in SAP projects in Israel and Ronen’s team supported each version with a compatible country version as SAP transitioned from 4.6 to the ECC versions of its business applications.

Anthony Griffin

Manager, Business Solutions Finance – EMEA

Anthony is the Business Solutions Manager for EMEA Financials at Rimini Street, overseeing the creation of Tax and Regulatory Updates for SAP and EBS clients. He has been with Rimini Street for 6 years, prior to which he implemented ERP systems across Europe for a variety of public and private organisations. A Certified Scrum Master and with an accounting background, he strives to promote quality in the updates we create to keep our clients legally compliant.

Gordon Smith

Director, SAP Applications Support

Gordon Smith has played an integral role within the SAP function at Rimini Street for the last 8 years, holding the title of the Director of SAP Applications Support at Rimini Street for the last three. He is responsible for overseeing consistency and continued excellence of the delivery of the SAP Support model, including training and mentoring of regional SAP service leaders to ensure Rimini Street continues to meet the highest standards of support within the industry. Prior to Rimini Street, Gordon was a Certified Principal SAP Logistics Execution / Materials Management Consultant and Instructor at Rosethistle IT, and Logistics Execution Consultant, instructor and Team Leader at SAP (UK).
